The best hotel ever for price
Wow! The room we got was amazing people. I would recommend it to everyone. We expecting a sleep and fuck type hotel. Well I wasn’t really planning on spending too much time in there so quality wasn’t my first choice. So we looked online for something under $100 found this jewel for $89. So my first thought pride weekend with most of the cheap place booked up this was going to be a sleazy hotel for being in San Francisco. Well we got here to find that the parking very limited and tight we go the last spot, so don’t check in late like we did. Now from outside it looked like it was going to be lame stay as well the entrance and hallway smelled of mildew. Then we open our door to see we had this amazing suite. It had a living room area, sleep area and closet that if you wanted toss in an air mattress sleep more people. So if you have to stay in San Fran I say check out the Alpha Inn off 2205 Lombard st.

Hot and not because of the weather.
So yesterday we got to delivered to Fort Hood,TX and all I have to say it was hot. It was a gay man dream hot military men running and getting sweaty. When we were off loading I was helping the fresh young boot with the pallets. Jeramy was watching the guy on the forklift, when he notice that they had on boxers. He knew this when the forklift driver bumped the truck and his crotch jiggled.

    American Custom Officers Suck
Well we got our first load to Canada and say none the least it was a learning experience. We pick up our load out of Wisconsin. Then we made to the boarder that night getting in Canada was easy only messed up thing we had to go in and get check out since it was both our first time in Canada. So after they pulled our truck apart we made all safe and well to our drop. So next morning we got a load back to the States. That where things go wrong. First off our Dispatch neglected to tell us that they use our run# on our b.o.l. so when we get on the boarder of course no # we had nothing that matched. So to make matters worse the officer that had a power trip to say just about all the officer there all have power tripping egos. He kept going on asking what our tag# on the truck was; ok pause now where I come from a tag for a car is the sticker you get to put on your plate. So we were clueless on what he wanted so I even said you want the license # he said no your tag #. Wow big shock we had to get inspected and go talk to a broker that where we find out we need our run# wow we were cleared right through. Let add to this we were talking to other driver they were saying the entire thing that piss off the officer at the inspection station. Rule 1. Don’t put your feet or lean on the wall in the hall or they will fine you for defacing government property and delay your process more. Rule 2 don’t lean on the counter. Ok did I miss something when did I go back to boot camp. I don’t mean to be saying their job is hard but they don’t have to be power tripping asshole and treat everyone like they are low life scum. Most of the driver that are there because someone else screwed up the paper work 80% of the time were told it all good to go thru. I am sure if we decide to do this again we will have the correct # and will go smother. So the winner for best Custom handling goes to Canada just because they treat you like a person and not a low life scum.

Well we have been in Reno, NV since saturday night. Finally got to eat some In-n-Out mmmmm melt meat goodness. Also so hit some casinos did really well and had lots of fun spent $120 and walked out with $350. Monday dragged on due not getting dispatched plus know the fact we are only 10 miles from CA. It really suck because we only did on run so far for this pay week. I hope we get something that runs to South CA.

    The New Job
Well here is the new update:
We are now on our new truck and rolling along. We still have to wait one more week till we get paid. So that means we watch our money supplies disappear as well out bills pile up. We are riding in a 2007 Hino with a 96” cab. It has a sink and large dorm style refrigerator. Oh not to mention a full bed that Jeramy and I can sleep in together. Now that we are teaming I have more time to blog more about what’s going on while we are on the road. Now I can start catching up with everyone else blog as well. Well that does for now hope to post more later.

    New living situation
So things are on track both Jeramy and I are unemployed. We scheduled to start with Fed-Ex this Monday, and we just got done with moving our 5th wheel trailer down to Tucson. So we are right now jobless and homeless and looking forward to getting started on the new job. I hope this job pays off and we may find away to get our own truck. I guess we just have to wait and see what happens.

    New Job?
Yes it up in the air but it looks like Jeramy and myself are looking to either start our own business or drive for a company. Still up in the air so many question and right now not enough answers or atleast the right ones. We are looking to drive an expedite truck which is a B class truck that means he will not have to go to school for license and I will only have to get a Hazmat endorsement. So one it will cost less and wont put a further pinch on our finances. So will try to keep you guys posted. Right now he is on the truck with me and now the dog. I am so happy and now we are talking about doing this Expedite thing we won't have to live apart and we might have a good chance at making some good money quickly. Swift is still not going well I sometimes have to fight to get things done to my truck and get loads. If something with my truck don't get fix I may end up with a fine or worse the truck breaks I am not making any mile. Oh and Joe looks like one of the places that offer expediting is Schneider so we might see you at a terminal in the future=)

    Changes
Well folks looks like I am on my way to becoming a truck driver. The only bad thing it with Swift, so what that mean? Here we go Jeramy and I have both want to get the hell out of California yes it a great place to live but I want to own a house before I reach my 50s. So this means we have picked a place to live and that place is Saint Louis. Why? Well housing is cheap, and two 3hrs a way from the training facility for Swift. So this is what is going to happen, we are going to toss a going away party before I head out to school. It will be on the weekend of the 23rd of Feb. All is welcome we will be bring our trailer to Central Coast (the Pismo Sands RV park http://www.pismosands.com/ ) If you want to come that weekend see us off more than welcome. Unfortunately there are no tents allowed in the park so unless you have RV you can’t stay there. We are trying to see about getting my nephew trailer which if he don’t go that will give us 5 beds 3 of them can sleep 2 we will keep you guys posted on that.

Now I will be confirming my start of the school on the 7th of March and will most likely leave for Saint Louis on Sunday of the 11th. That still subject to change due there is a friend there who might have an apartment by then. If he gets that I will be able to stay for the weekend get to know our new home town.

Those who want to know why Swift? Well simple Jeramy and I have decided one of will move out there while the other one keeps working so that someone has a check coming in to pay bills. I got to checking, maybe with future of down time for looking for a job why don’t I just get my CDL. Well I seen Swift was looking in Saint Louis area checked it out. Their program is going to pay for my hotel and to get my CDL. All I have to come up with is $150 upfront fee and food. So one this save us money I don’t have to get an apartment with my friend and be paying rent for 2 place one in St. Louis or Bakersfield. Once I am done with the school I will be on the road 6 weeks until they release me so still won’t need a place to live. So by the time I get my own truck I will be getting hell a lot of money so we can get an apartment in St. Louis so Jeramy can move out with the dog. So that is why I chosen Swift all I have to do is one year with them I was looking after that go to another trucking company that will give me more money.

    So Me
Tigersare courageous beyond compare and generally come out ahead in battle.Nobleand warm-hearted,Tigers have a natural, raw appeal that's extremely attractiveto other Signs. They have an air of authority that prompts others to fallin line.
Tiger'smain interest is in following its ambitions -- and maintaining control.Everon the side of right, Tigers will fight the good fight to the bitter endif the cause is worthy.

Socially,Tigersexperience mood swings and often feel things more intensely than others, thelatter quality being both good and bad. They can react poorly under stressand are prone to emotional outbursts. This Sign's bristling sensitivitycan send friend and foe running for cover.
A lessonthat Tigers would be well-served to learn is "moderation in
allthings." Once these cats can find their center and direct their
considerableenergies toward worthwhile endeavors (as opposed to
racingthrough life), they will accomplish much.
